"How I Tell A Hundred People About Transcendental Meditation!"

"Word of mouth" is an effective way to let others know about Transcendental Meditation or "TM". And testimonials about the benefits of Transcendental Meditation are also now available -- as short on-line videos (approximately 2-3 minutes each) at www.DavidLynchFoundation.org.

 .................................................................................................................................

Here is an easy method for combining these two "TM-Telling" techniques which I find enjoyable:

First, I visit the above (excellent) website and view a video which seems significant to today's world ... such as

"Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Transcendental Meditation" (2:34)

"Education and Transcendental Meditation" (7:56)

or

"Transcendental Meditation for the Homeless" (3:23)

Next, I copy the URL (video web-address) from the address bar as the video is playing.

I use this web-address to create a short note about Transcendental Meditation, as a potential solution to this concern. I insert the video's web-address into this future "reader's comment".

I then choose a brief title, such as "PTSD", or "Homeless" to search for on Google (at www.Google.com).

When I search this title, the main page appears about that subject. I then select the "News" option, which opens a list of past and present on-line news articles on that subject ... some of them just a few hours old!

I click on one of the articles, and when it opens I search for the "Comment" tab. (Most newspapers and magazines offer this valuable feature.) I paste my comment into this reader's comment section ... and press "Post" or "Submit".

If the publication does not offer a "Comment" section, I leave my note for the publisher or reporter instead, by clicking "Contact Us" or "About Us".

In this way, many web-readers who have chosen to read this article out of personal interest -- or perhaps to find information to help a family member or friend -- may also now click on the active link in my reader's comment and watch a video about Transcendental Meditation's benefits for this concern.

Note: Most magazine's will automatically "hyperlink" the URL to the corresponding video while publishing the comment. Even better, some magazine's or newspapers open any "YouTube" URL as a full "video window" within the reader's comment sections ... complete with a red "Play" arrow!

This is a quick and fun way which I enjoy for telling many people about Transcendental Meditation!
